  • Strong communicator and should be able to lead discussion with stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field or any other stream
  • Lean & Six Sigma Certified, Preferably Black Belt Certified


  • Develop process improvement, innovation strategy and automation requirement for business
  • Build relationships with key business leaders and other stakeholders to drive improvements within the organization
  • Drive new solutions and improvements
  • Optimize work processes in Operations for a better utilization of resources and cost efficiency
  • Establish best practice & performance benchmark standards for medical coding process.
  • Drive training and workshops specific to Lean, 7 QC TOOLS and Six sigma


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision. Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching, requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
