Our services include retrospective chart reviews, medical record retrieval, HEDIS/ACO quality reporting, and data analytics, allowing payers and providers to dramatically reduce costs and improve quality of care.

As the Marketing Coordinator at Episource, you’ll use your communication and organizational skills to ensure that marketing projects get done on-schedule and on-budget.   • Coordinate all activities related to events, conferences and webinars (creative, implementation, budget and attendance)
  • Maintain and track marketing projects and calendar with mindfulness to priorities against higher-level marketing and brand strategy
  • Interface with vendors, publications, associations and consultants to maintain effective communications, timelines, and billing for projects
  • Provide creative ideas for marketing initiatives including events, trade shows, web, e-blast, social media, print and others
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations, client leave-behinds/one-sheets, case studies and direct mail campaigns
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials database and knowledge base
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials, and report out relevant information
  • Support product marketing to effectively execute go to market launches and internal and customer facing training


  • 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience is required
  • Undergraduate degree with a marketing, business or communications major strongly preferred
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal
  • Quick self-learner, expert at multi-tasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Can prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Enjoys working both collaboratively and with autonomy
  • Effective problem-solver, solutions-oriented and with excellent reporting skills
  • Pristine attention to detail
    • Comfortable with Excel and Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint
    • Able to execute administrative tasks with precision


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision. Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching, requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
