Episource, with over 3000 employees worldwide, is a leading provider of risk adjustment services and solutions for health plans. Our services help Medicare Advantage, Commercial/Exchange, and Medicaid managed care plans improve and support accurate reimbursement in a post-Affordable Care Act market. Our services include retrospective chart reviews, medical record retrieval, HEDIS/ACO quality reporting, and data analytics, allowing payers and providers to dramatically reduce costs and improve quality of care.
The Product Analyst collaborates with the Product team (engineering, QA, Product Owners) in conveying a clear product vision to the scrum teams. The Product Analyst is primarily responsible for creating a well ideated set of user stories, that support the product and our risk adjustment platform. The Product Analyst works with end users to identify opportunities for automation and digitization of our applications. In the same vein the product analyst will at times lead training on several customer facing application.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting productivity standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasional travel to client site no more than 4 times a year
