Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Responsible for developing optimal productivity solutions for Episource through management of complex business problems. Additionally, a key component of the aspect of this role will be the ability to analyze issues, recommend solutions, and prioritize efforts across multiple functional groups.


  • As the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary review teams.
  • Collects and/or defines project requirements.
  • Leads the planning and implementation of various projects.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define, plan and schedule project tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Assemble and coordinate project stakeholders
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders identifying project progress, problems and solutions.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs within budget parameters.
  • Facilitates and assists in development of new processes, tools communications, training and methodologies to ensure business success.
  • Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data
  • May be assigned other duties.
  • Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Education / Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management information systems, healthcare or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience of direct project management within healthcare or technology industry.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and G-suite (gmail, google sheets, etc.) required.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel required; exceptional MS Excel skills strongly preferred.
  • Experience with analytics-based coding language (e.g. SQL, Python) preferred.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading project teams with multifaceted, competing priorities and deadlines, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic regions.
  • Qualification in project management or equivalent
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Proven experience in people management through effective communication and problem-solving analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintain a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel)

Physical Requirments:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching, requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
