OVERVIEW

We have extensive experience with all methods of record retrieval, including onsite retrieval, utilizing direct EMR access for remote download, as well as accepting records via fax and mail. We provide each client with a detailed roadmap for a successful record collection project, coupled with real-time reporting by measure, member, and provider through our epiConnect portal.

Our strategic retrieval process roadmap is developed after considering the following factors:

> Volume of Charts
> Geography of Provider Offices
> Provider Office Specifications and technological capabilities (Record Storage: Paper or EMR)
> Contact Information
> Mail Requests
> Invoice Requests
> Appointment Type

After providing this roadmap, clients are given access to real-time project figures with our EpiConnect portal. This tool shows project status in terms of:

> Charts retrieved
> Scheduled to be retrieved
> Being scheduled
> Past due
> If the provider office is not participating
> Charts deemed unrecoverable

SUMMARY

The information shared between our SalesForce application and epiConnect portal directs our mobile scheduling application, epiTrack. This application is a singular, fully integrated mobile workforce management solution. epiTrack sends our Medical Record Technicians their appointment requests, complete with GPS-enabled directions to provider offices. MRTs then provide real-time status updates of project figures while in the field. epiTrack increases the accuracy of reconciliation and chart count reports, ensuring our clients have access to the most current and relevant project data in their epiConnect dashboards.
