Erik is responsible for the delivery of onshore and offshore coding services, record retrieval, IT infrastructure, and compliance. His knowledge in engineering, finance, and operations enables him to continuously improve performance and operational transparency for clients. He has over ten years of experience managing outsourced centers, and substantive backgrounds in investment banking and technology. Erik has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from NYU Stern.

As the Director, Risk Adjustment and Recovery for CDPHP, Tom oversees managing the Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid risk adjustment initiatives and CMS reimbursement to the plan. With more than 20 years of managed care experience, his experience includes hospital contracting, vendor management, government program financial analysis, contract negotiation, application implementation, and revenue cycle management. Tom has an MBA from SUNY Empire State College as well as an advanced certificate in healthcare management. He became a Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) in 2018.
